Base Calculation:
– Hourly Rate × Hours Worked × 0.88%
– Example: If candidate earns $20/hr and works 160 hours
– Commission = $20 × 160 × 0.0088 = $28.16
Commission Payment Terms

- Referrer must be registered in OctaFlow88 system
- Candidate must complete probation period
- Referrer-candidate relationship must be documented
- One referrer per candidate
2. Eligibility Requirements
- Hours tracked monthly
- Commission calculated at month end
- Payments processed by 15th of following month
3. Commission Duration
- Tracked from start date of placement
- Continues for first 12 months of employment
- Terminates if candidate leaves position
